Squirrels appear everywhere, out on your ledge, on telephone wires, in commercials and even in the movies cast as predators, side-kicks or the comic relief. I love them - they make me laugh for their wild and crazy personality. They jump, they fly, they climb, they leap and all from the nutrition of nuts! Maybe that's why they're so wired?
My favorite characters squirrels that appear in films are SCRAT from Ice Age, Hammy from Over the Hedge, and Squirrel from The Emperor's New Groove. Out of nowhere, these delightful comics steel the scene, and I can't help but laugh my head off! They are so true to form and character that I have to indulge and enjoy their performances.
